A Challenging Role for a Motivated Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key leadership position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management, with the ability to set and manage expectations effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively up to executive levels.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments. A strong sense of collaboration and teamwork is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders that promote partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage own projects where required.
  • Oversee small concurrent client projects while identifying risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve escalations between projects, clients, or internal organizations.
  • Oversee resource planning and coordination of project activities between clients and internal/external resources.
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.
  • Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans by communicating work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure bench time for Consultants is used to improve skills in line with Practice technology roadmaps.
  • Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
  • Solicit feedback from Delivery Owners on engagements where GDC team members are involved.
  • Conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
  • A strong sense of working collaboratively with the Leadership team.
  • Deep professional knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.
  • Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development.
  • Ability to remain composed during challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
