About the Role:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational management, particularly within the BPO/call center industry.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading project teams and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate project requirements and status to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management software, word processing tools, and spreadsheet applications.
