We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learner Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to learners, fostering their success in achieving their learning goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to learners, addressing their concerns and making thoughtful suggestions to resolve issues effectively. They will also direct learners to relevant resources, ensuring they have access to necessary tools and services.

As a key member of our team, the Learner Support Specialist will maintain accurate records of learner interactions and data, review metrics to identify at-risk learners, and provide tailored advice and interventions. They will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

This is a full-time salaried position that requires shift work, including evenings and weekends. The shift hours will be determined by the team lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to learners
  • Address learner concerns and make thoughtful suggestions
  • Direct learners to relevant resources
  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and data
  • Review metrics to identify at-risk learners and provide tailored advice and interventions
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of support services
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts and tools
  • 2 years of experience in customer service industry (email and chat)
  • Prior experience working remotely
  • Experience working with customer service ticket system
Working Conditions:
  • This is a work-from-home setup, requiring consistent internet connection with at least 100 mbps speed
  • This role requires shift work, including evenings and weekends
