You will troubleshoot and resolve service or product issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Your responsibilities will include:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or another learner-facing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Tech-savviness and adaptability
  • Initiative and a learner-centered mindset
