Job Summary

  • Manage the overall strategy and direction of construction projects
  • Develop and implement effective financial plans and budgets
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of staff members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

  • Establish and implement effective financial management systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
  • 2 years of experience in Construction Management, General Contracting, or Subcontracting is preferred
  • Understanding of commercial insurance policies is an asset
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Office applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
