Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns, providing accurate and helpful information at all times.
  • Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with customers.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Requirements:
