Job Summary

Our organization is seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or similar role, showcasing proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A heart for customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with average typing speed (40-60 WPM), and ability to manage and interpret data effectively.
