Job Title

Description

  • Manage and lead a team of professionals by communicating with clients via email to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts for performance, return on investment, and revenue targets.
  • Lead direct reports, coach their talents, hold them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements, participate in testing and optimization, and ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and departments to answer queries on campaigns from clients via email and provide support as needed.
  • Responsible for career development for team members, including training, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending them for new roles.
Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook administrators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance key performance indicators for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to develop and train on new processes and workflows, ensuring adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Rate: Php 110,000
