Product Innovation Specialist

Improve our supplement products by leveraging customer feedback and market research to drive meaningful changes.

We are seeking a Product Innovation Specialist who will take ownership of enhancing product taste, formulation, and packaging. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback from various sources
  • Working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conducting in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Data-driven decision making using analytics to measure the success of product improvements
Requirements

Who we are looking for: A proactive, strategic individual able to drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
