Job Overview

This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for overseeing product launches, resolving technical issues, and contributing to innovation from concept to completion.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in product design, change control, and project management.

The successful candidate will be able to read and generate product drawings and specifications, as well as source products effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product change and design control for globally branded products.
  • Lead product launches and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to innovation from concept to completion.
  • Execute Design Change procedures and maintain technical files and specifications.
  • Coordinate with external manufacturers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related Science.
  • 5+ years in engineering, product design, or specification development.
  • 3+ years in project management.
  • Ability to read and generate product drawings and specifications.
  • Product sourcing experience and understanding of product life cycle.
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
  • Experience in product design/change control.
  • Experience with FDA and/or EUDAMED regulated devices.
  • Knowledge of GS-1 / UDI / GUDI / barcode procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
