Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and launch of innovative products that meet our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify new product opportunities and develop product strategies in line with our company's vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility and viability of new product ideas, assess customer attitudes and preferences, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product maintenance, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related courses.
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
