Product Innovation Specialist

Imagine working on innovative projects that push the boundaries of product engineering. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering custom solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project ownership: Take charge of projects requiring IoT and API integration on software and hardware.
- Customer centric approach: Identify customer needs and gather relevant details from stakeholders, data sources, and suppliers to determine project feasibility.
- Solution design: Meet with suppliers to design and source custom products that meet customer expectations.
- Quality assurance: Perform product testing and validation to ensure reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Technical leadership: Lead CANBUS-related work and projects to guarantee accurate CAN data capture and maintenance.
- Post-project support: Provide after-sales assistance to customers on technical or product-related issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and custom solutions.
- Strong proficiency in CANBUS protocols, IoT, vehicle electronics, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Leadership qualities with ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
