Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Specialist to drive product growth through customer-centric innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product innovations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
- A proven track record of improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and survey methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working remotely.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, part-time, or hourly work arrangement.
