Product Innovation Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative products across new segments and formats in the Health, Nutrition, and Food categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and innovation, preferably with experience in the Health, Nutrition or Food category. They will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process of product ideation, incubation, commercialization, and post-launch evaluation to unlock growth opportunities within assigned segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end process of product ideation, incubation, commercialization, and post-launch evaluation for assigned Health, Nutrition, and Food segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation projects and contribute to growth opportunities across new segments and formats.
Requirements:
  • Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager level.
  • Experienced in new product development and product management, preferably with a strong background in Health, Nutrition or Food category.
  • Experienced in market and consumer insights.
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, excellent project management skills.
  • Good communication skills, good attention to detail, results-oriented, ability to lead self & influence others, flexible.
  • Creative, resourceful, persistent, and willing to learn.
  • Experience in FMCG or Direct Selling companies is a plus.
