Marketing Project Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Projects Officer to join our team at Human Nature. As the driving force behind turning great ideas into reality, you will be responsible for executing marketing projects seamlessly and efficiently.

Your primary role will involve planning and execution of marketing projects end-to-end, including lead collaboration sessions, managing project timelines and details, championing required photo/video shoots and other post-production requirements. You will also cross-functionally coordinate and negotiate internally and externally with suppliers, manage operational details, approvals, quality control/check of all materials, project evaluation and learnings, budget, and liquidation thereof.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, covering development/production of a sales catalogue or similar, leading in executing campaigns, and having an eye for good aesthetics. They must demonstrate success in projects done and timeliness in implementation.

You will be working on various marketing activities, such as corporate brand, cross-category or category-specific, seasonal corporate/cross-category activities, branding and brand activation activities, and leading or supporting brand/corporate/category events.
