Logistics Coordinator Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Logistics Coordinator - Entry Level.

">

This role involves various tasks such as shipment coordination and scheduling, documentation support, compliance assistance, standard operating procedures support, cost awareness and optimization support, and more.

">

Key responsibilities include assisting with the coordination and scheduling of inbound shipments, helping track shipments from suppliers and manufacturers, supporting the selection of transportation methods based on guidance from team members, and preparing and organizing basic import documentation.

">

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or other relevant course, knowledge of Incoterms, strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently and manage time effectively, especially in a remote environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and be comfortable using Windows-based desktop software and basic office tools.
