Job Title

A career opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our team as an Overnight Logistics Coordinator.

This role involves facilitating same-day deliveries across the US, dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and interacting daily with driver agents. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery logistics in assigned markets, creating efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Demonstrate mastery of the dispatch system.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Maintain expertise in telephone and ticketing systems, including Dialpad and Zendesk.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Ensure on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Offer positive, ongoing feedback to management regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Familiarize yourself with your market(s), ensuring comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to new software technologies and learn from changing market conditions.
  • Operational efficiency and project management experience.
  • Passion for logistics and rigorous business practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
  • Experience working in remote environments.
