Location: Tanauan, Philippines – Project site at First Industrial Park, Batangas

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱35,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Note: Food and accommodation are not included.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

  • Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists).
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.
  • Assist with other business matters such as contracts, payments, and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.
  • Experience in import customs declaration in the Philippines is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
  • College graduate or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; bilingual (English/Chinese) is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
