Sr. Prepaid Cards Officer – Usage and Retention

Department: Prepaid Card and Insurance

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance prepaid card usage. The role involves creating programs to increase registration, activation, and utilization rates while monitoring performance and profitability metrics. Regular updates on competitor trends and practices are necessary to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Design and execute marketing campaigns to boost prepaid card usage and retention rates.

Monitor Performance Metrics:

Track key performance indicators such as registration, activation, and usage rates to measure campaign effectiveness.

Stay Up-to-Date with Competitor Trends:

Regularly research and analyze competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable business institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing program development and implementation.
  • Preferably with expertise in usage program management.
  • Strong relationships with third-party agencies and merchants.
  • Experience working within the banking industry provides a broad understanding of prepaid and credit card operations and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication and creative brief preparation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and generate reports for marketing programs.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven analytical skills to work with various data types and statistical information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork and/or relocate to other locations.
