Merchant Training Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Merchant Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging in-store and online training programs for our merchant network. This role is instrumental in strengthening product usage and fostering strong relationships with merchant teams across various locations.

Main Duties:

  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for merchant personnel, including store leaders, branch supervisors, and cashier staff.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of our product usage through information drives, store assessments, memo reviews, and distribution of learning materials.
  • Ensure participants fully understand and retain the product acceptance process after each training session.
  • Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes, attendance, key challenges, and material distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Background in conducting training sessions, workshops, or group presentations
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work well with others
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
