About this role

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our cross-sell program, aiming to grow credit card penetration within our customer base. The ideal candidate will lead the team to develop programs and processes that aid in customer growth from opportunities within our group.

The jobholder will work closely with cross-functional groups to develop campaigns targeted at existing customers for credit card growth. They will also collaborate with partners to unlock and design a process to acquire potential credit card customers. The role involves coordinating with segment groups to ensure proper communication and alignment with our life banking journey.

The jobholder should ensure performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.

  • Explore other business opportunities within our group
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the growth of credit card acquisition by tapping our existing customer base
  • Develop acquisition campaigns to encourage credit card applications from existing depositors/customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate and optimize growth strategies and performance
  • Manage budgets and report on acquisition campaign metrics
  • Document, improve, and embed customer journeys and prospect to new customer processes
  • Manage channel throughput to ensure lead generation is a priority
  • Lead the cross-sell team to execute channel strategy and exceed targets
  • Grow supplementary card bases through specific programs and strategies complying with regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in developing and launching marketing programs, preferably with experience in implementing usage programs
  • Extensive knowledge of lending business, particularly credit cards
  • Broad understanding of different areas of the credit card business and capacity to relate unit operations and performance metrics to the overall business
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adept at preparing communication, research, and creative briefs, with experience in creating MIS reports for marketing programs
