Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role requires building relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive excellent service, meeting their needs and expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report progress, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prior experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
