Sales & Outreach Representative

We are a dynamic sales organization looking for top performers to join us in our mission to connect with new business partners.

The role involves managing and responding to leads, as well as making calls to book qualified meetings.

  • You will be the first point of contact for leads who respond to our outreach campaigns.
  • Approximately 50% of the role is focused on managing and responding to leads, while the remaining 50% involves calling prospects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Management (50%)
    • Respond to leads who reply to our email campaigns.
    • Handle LinkedIn messages from outreach campaigns.
    • Reply professionally, schedule calls, and move conversations forward.
    • Keep inboxes clean and organized, with timely follow-ups and tagging in CRM.
  • Phone Sales (50%)
    • Call inbound leads generated from pre-qualified lead lists.
    • Cold call potential clients.
    • Ensure meeting attendance through consistent follow-up.
    • Track all activity in CRM and report on performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing inboxes (email and/or LinkedIn), including replying to outreach leads.
  • 1+ year experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon FBA knowledge — PPC, Listing Optimization, etc.
  • Excellent English — written and spoken.
  • Confident on the phone, able to handle objections and book meetings.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, and Pipedrive.
  • Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs.
