About the Role

This Senior Financial Analyst will partner with various leaders to help manage and grow the business.

The company is growing at a rapid pace, and you will play an important role providing thought partnership and decision support for new initiatives.

This role reports to the Finance Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for operational expenses, highlighting insightful variance analysis and implications.
  • Evaluate trade offs and financial sensitivities leading to better decision making and scenario planning.
  • Provide front line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries.
  • Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and set financial context.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Reconcile headcount for the organization.
  • Partner closely with business partners to understand their needs.
  • Support the Sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • A constant improvement mindset and ability to make processes more efficient.
  • Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
