
High-Level Support Specialist

As a senior support specialist, you will contribute to the operational efficiency of an organization while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and professionals have the resources they need to excel in their roles.
This position requires a high level of expertise, loyalty, precision, and leadership—coupled with exceptional communication skills. If that's you, you'll be respected, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative and executive support
- Manage calendars, email inbox management, and prepare and maintain key documents.
- Maintain confidential digital files and folders in a secure and organized structure.
- Ensure compliance tracking for regulatory requirements and firm obligations.
- Execute special projects and follow-through tasks assigned by senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional priorities with team leads and professionals.
- Compile weekly operational reports for senior leadership—key performance indicators, staffing, open tasks, cash position, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent skills in Excel; ability to create reports, charts, graphs, including reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management skills; ensuring projects are completed from conception to completion.
