Lead E-Commerce Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead our e-commerce project management team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing creative and technical teams, as well as expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive business success.

About the Job:
  • Job Summary: Lead e-commerce projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks
    • Leadership of teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support
    • C coordination of email and text marketing initiatives
    • Supervision of branding efforts, from concept to execution
    • Project management, including development and maintenance of clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones
    • Client communication, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team
    • Team collaboration, ensuring alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience managing creative and technical teams
    • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices
    • Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration
    • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
    • Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones
