Job Description

As an e-commerce business poised for international growth, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This senior-level role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with extensive e-commerce experience in scaling brands from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand into international markets (US and UK).
  • Create, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, and SEO.
  • Oversee brand development to resonate with international markets while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
  • Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Optimize website conversion rates and improve customer experience through data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Hands-on experience with brand development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of managing or building marketing teams.
