Remote E-Commerce Program Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of an online business, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Utilize our web interface to build customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system.
  • Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from our ticketing system.
  • Add/update items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the PeopleSoft web interface and synchronize this information into the E-Commerce system.
  • Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers.
  • Collaborate with our integrated partner network to coordinate template/product integration and testing on partner systems.
  • Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.
  • Manage deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and help maintain service level agreements on existing E-Commerce site maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate handoffs of completed projects to sales associates and the customer service team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight and graveyard hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with various promotional industry-specific software, including Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore.
