Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Development & Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to expand product categories across multiple platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage.
  • Product & Pricing Strategy: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance.
  • Advertising & Promotional Campaigns: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates.
  • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels.
  • Customer Insights: Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction and preferences; use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy.
  • Competitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategies.
  • A/B Testing & Performance Improvement: Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive improvements in listings, pricing models, and advertising effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Expertise: 3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth on Amazon or similar marketplaces.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Decisiveness & Self-Motivation: Able to make quick, informed decisions to keep projects moving forward and resolve challenges.
