The role of a Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor is pivotal in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. This position involves conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group interactions, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on resilience, emotional well-being, and stress management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular 1:1 well-being sessions to incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention support in response to urgent wellbeing needs.
  • Facilitate regular small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to promote healthy working relationships and social connection.
  • Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being, and resilience-building training, as well as annual refresher training.
  • Conduct daily floor walks to observe team interactions and employee demeanor for signs of distress.

This ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor with experience in trauma-informed care, resilience-building, and someone who can build trust, engage diverse teams, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
