As a Senior Helpline Responder, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing mental health support to individuals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and effective response to hotline calls, texts, and chats, prioritizing caller needs and maintaining a high level of empathy.
  • Maintain quality standards by adhering to established protocols, scripts, and best practices for all scenarios.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders through regular communication, fostering a collaborative environment that supports client success.
  • Utilize systems to track and communicate with clients, ensuring seamless care coordination and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team and fellow coaches to address client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Ability to receive feedback and demonstrate a willingness to improve and develop.
