About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channels Specialist to join our team at ING Bank N.V. This role is pivotal in promoting our digital channels and requires a diverse set of skills to meet the demands of our clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of our digital platform, customer needs, and market standards, combined with excellent communication and an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Channel Expertise: Demonstrate or be willing to learn comprehensive knowledge of our digital channels, including legal documentation and subscription structuring.
  2. Customer Insight: Understand and anticipate customer needs, including company structures, operational methodologies, and market standards.
  3. Effective Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, with a focus on achieving results while being sensitive to the interests of clients and internal colleagues.
  4. Agile Mindset: Develop and implement standards for the IB roll-out, continuously improving processes while executing them. This requires an agile and entrepreneurial approach.
  5. Knowledge Sharing: Elevate the overall competency in advising on digital channels among front-office staff by sharing insights and knowledge.
  6. Funnel Management: Oversee the funnel management process and report on progress to ensure a controlled and effective roll-out. The advisor plays a critical role in this process.
  7. Advising: Provide advice to management on progress, learnings, and the capabilities needed for continuous improvement.
  8. Fluency in English: Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience, or willingness to learn, with digital channels and subscription structuring.
  2. In-depth understanding of customer needs and market standards.
  3. Strong communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
  4. Agile and entrepreneurial mindset.
  5. Experience in managing and reporting on project funnels.
  6. Ability to share knowledge and elevate team competency.
