Technical Drafter

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Drafter. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting on AutoCAD software and have experience with electric and plumbing plans as well as basic elevation designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various projects, including electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings
  • Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications and standards
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Drafter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical specifications and blueprints
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other CAD software and design tools
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering processes
