Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative support specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily business activities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including email management, calendar organization, data entry, and file management. You will also be responsible for drafting and preparing reports, notices, and internal documents, as well as responding to internal emails and handling client inquiries.

You will work closely with our operations and property management teams to provide support and coordination in task follow-ups and project tracking. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal training documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
