Salesforce Support Specialist

This is a remote opportunity that involves supporting lead qualification, application and documentation, client communication, and reporting tasks for mortgage lending processes.

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in:

  • Lead Qualification & CRM Support: Assist in vetting and qualifying inbound leads from advertising, online channels, and referrals. Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including contact history and loan progress.
  • Application & Documentation Support: Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance from senior team members. Ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Client Communication & Service: Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement. Support calendar scheduling for client calls and virtual meetings.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain task logs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare weekly reports on lead conversion, application status, and service level adherence.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong written English and customer service skills. You must have high attention to detail and task ownership, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and familiarity with mortgage lending processes and compliance.
