We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support the technology initiatives of our organization. This role focuses on managing and supporting aspects of infrastructure projects, cloud spend, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct reports and oversee infrastructure project delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for business and IT teams, responsible for infrastructure service delivery and support SLA's.
  • Provide expertise in the design and delivery of IT infrastructure in line with global standards.
  • Represent our team in integration projects and be responsible for the overall progress and delivery of planned activities.
  • Coordinate and assist with development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards, and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project centric budgets and strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Stack, Windows networking, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
