Project officers are responsible for managing and supervising a team of engineers and third-party contractors to oversee building grounds and maintenance, minor renovation and construction works for the building and other infrastructure.

This role is crucial for developing and implementing project management and quality control strategies to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and manage small to large scale projects that support both project teams and operations teams.
  • Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products and services and develop and amend as necessary.
  • Supervise activities performed by product development or specialist teams.
  • Analyze specification of methods and process steps, as well as plant, machinery, and equipment required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent level of experience.
  • License or registration in Architecture and Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in engineering solutions design, engineering standards specification, budgeting, multiagency work, technical troubleshooting, architectural design, and engineering drawings.
  • Able to partner and build collaborative working relationships with other professional teams and over organizational boundaries.
