Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This includes managing resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities across infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and consultants.

  • Define project requirements, develop detailed work plans, and monitor progress.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Coordinate procurement, resource allocation, and vendor management.

  • Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Communicate status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Work with IT/security/networking (for IT infra) or civil/structural/electrical teams (for physical infra).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains, e.g.:

    • IT Infrastructure: servers, networking, data centers, cloud, backup systems

    • Civil/Physical Infrastructure: utilities, roads, pipelines, building systems

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).

  • Strong problem-solving, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
