Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date calendars and manage conflicting schedules with precision.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure attendance and preparedness for meetings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and proactively manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
