Job Title: Educational Program Director

This position is responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service. The successful candidate will be integral to the success of our organization.

  • The Educational Program Director will coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • The role requires effective communication skills, both in virtual environments and with students and parents.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructors to deliver high-quality academic services to students and their families.
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and instructors.
  • Support regional operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations.
  • Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Monitor student academic progress and provide guidance as needed.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.

  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others and can adapt to changing work environments.
  • Learning agility and ability to acquire new skills as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
