Project Leader Job Description

This role requires a fully remote work environment with clear communication and writing skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the success of various projects by launching new initiatives, coordinating and managing teams, planning and data analysis, and streamlining communication with stakeholders.
  • Active support is provided to Regional Operations.
  • Outstanding academic services are delivered to students and their families.
  • Seamless operation in a virtual environment is maintained.
  • Standards for operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards, are upheld.
  • Programs and initiatives for students and school district partners are delivered effectively.
  • Operational excellence standards are met.
  • Virtual administrative support is provided to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
  • Class schedules are managed to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Virtual tutoring sessions are managed.
  • Student academic progress is monitored.

  • Creativity in SOP development is an ability required.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Organizing and managing multiple responsibilities successfully is an ability that must be exhibited.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor is expected.
  • Prioritizing and focusing on key objectives, which may change from month to month, is a requirement.
  • Strong communications in virtual environments are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using all communication media, including in person, phone, and video, is required.
  • Building engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or with team members, is an ability that must be acquired.
  • Working well with others is expected.
  • Adapting to changes in the work environment by changing behaviors as required is necessary.
  • Acquiring new skills as required is an ability that must be demonstrated.

  • Managing remote teachers is a requirement.

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is beneficial.
