Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential B2B, Ecommerce and B2C clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Handle pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations.

Sales Closing:

  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and documentation.

Market Search:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Use market insights to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and meet client needs.
  • Work as part of a sales team, sharing insights and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
  • MBA is an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a Logistics company as Sales Supervisor or Manager, Account Supervisor or Manager.
  • Experience in Account handling is a strong advantage.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
