Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by building strategies and sales pipelines, leveraging outbound approaches to reach offshore markets with a focus on the US, UK, AUS, and local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement short and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales targets and team goals.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable sales processes that drive growth in both local and offshore markets.
  • Generate and analyze reports using CRM systems to optimize sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Proactively identify sales channels and apply the appropriate strategies to maximize results.
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Seek new business opportunities through conference visits, lead generation tactics, and creative approaches.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with demand and market conditions.
  • Take full ownership of building and maintaining your own sales pipeline, consistently meeting personal and team sales goals.
  • Assist in developing new products and refining pricing strategies for the department.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports on current market share, direct sales, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
  • Proven experience in selling ERP systems, specifically NetSuite services, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of offshore markets, particularly the US and UK, with some exposure to AUS.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools like HubSpot and lead generation platforms like Apollo.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and processes that scale effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of working independently to drive results.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
