Job Description

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Multistyle Specialist Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system. This includes checking incoming paperwork against purchase orders to ensure correct parts have been supplied, inspecting parts for damage during transit, and maintaining a register of parts with shelf life and removing those that have reached their limit.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch unserviceable parts for repair or scrapping if there are no repairable items
  • Maintain a daily record of store temperature and humidity
  • Ensure proper stock levels of consumable items, such as cleaning fluids, oils, greases, etc.
Requirements

This position requires strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP systems and possess excellent record-keeping skills.
