Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining necessary documentation for area projects, working closely with the Marketing department to track new markets and emerging trends, new products, and services.

Key responsibilities include proposing and developing new strategic partnerships, guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements, coordinating and implementing plans to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will conduct research on new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities, support and coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations activities.

Responsibilities also include assisting in preparing business plans and budgets for new projects, developing training plans and performance improvement plans to address skill set gaps identified in business and sales personnel.

A strong understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to provide advice is essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor company policies consistently and fairly, as well as oversee business development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to work successfully with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Competencies: Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving/Analysis, Financial Management, Customer/Client Focus, Communication Proficiency, Time Management.
