Key Role Overview

The Key Account Executive role plays a pivotal part in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients across various markets. As a dedicated account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Business Pipeline: Utilize marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events to establish a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.

  • Meet Sales Targets: Effectively present and sell our products/services to customers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters, fostering strong relationships with existing clients.

  • New Business Opportunities: Identify emerging opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate to expand our product/service offerings.

  • Business Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that effectively highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1+ year of experience working as an Account Executive/BDM or similar role.

  • Technical Sales Background: Proven track record in technical sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS products across US and/or ANZ region.

  • Sales Techniques: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., MEDDICC).

  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and understand sales performance metrics.

  • CMS and Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Education: BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Audiometry Knowledge: Familiarity with Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management process.

  • MedTech Industry Experience: Previous experience in MedTech industry.
