Ambitious Sales Growth Specialist

Seeking a driven sales professional to launch and scale our outbound sales engine. This is a hands-on, builder role where you will be responsible for optimising appointment setting processes, documenting outreach systems, and booking high-quality calls with senior decision-makers in service-based B2B companies.

You will begin with a performance-driven trial to prove results and fit. After demonstrating consistent growth in generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential.

As a sales growth specialist, you will own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to senior decision-makers. You will book qualified live calls using a consultative, problem-led approach, build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides, track and report KPIs in our CRM, and work closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to senior decision-makers
  • Book qualified live calls using a consultative, problem-led approach
  • Build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides
  • Track and report KPIs in our CRM
  • Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales
  • Track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Strong cold calling experience - confident handling gatekeepers and objections
  • Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
  • Self-starter mindset - comfortable building processes and working without a pre-set playbook
  • Comfortable starting with a performance-driven trial tied to results and closed deals
  • Reliable home setup: high-speed internet, modern laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, quality mic or headset
