Client Overview:

The client is a property management company focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants. They prioritize streamlined processes and personalized support, specializing in tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management.

Job Role:

You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and closing contracts with property owners as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured sales environment, is persistent in follow-up, and can communicate professionally. You'll work with qualified leads, leverage CRM tools, and consistently meet sales targets that drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture property management leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts.
  • Consistently achieve 10–15 closed deals per month.
  • Utilize LeadSimple CRM to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting (training provided).
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects through persuasive and professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure seamless client handoff post-sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress.
  • Analyze performance and refine sales strategies to continuously improve results.

Requirements:

  • Native-level English (critical for effective communication with property owners).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within real estate or property management.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas in previous roles.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms (trainable).
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • Training Period (First 30 Days): $1,300 base salary (no commission).
    Post-Training: $900/month base salary + commission.
    • $50 per deal for the first 15 deals closed each month.
    • $100 per deal starting with the 16th deal onward.
