As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with our Client Experience Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct reporting to the Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience Manager for a specific account
  • Monitoring daily action items completion by the Client Experience Team
  • Providing actionable feedback to Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience Manager on task completion
  • Preparation of daily operation reports, including attendance, action items, meeting minutes, and open items from other departments
  • Handling administrative tasks for Operations Leads
