About the Lifecycle Marketing Manager Role

Thumbtack is a leading platform that connects homeowners with professionals for various home improvement and repair services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-app messaging to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine messaging, timing, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine campaign ideas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize customer journeys and enhance engagement.
  • Deploy and optimize campaigns with limited guidance, proactively identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns, including email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
  • Experience running A/B tests and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
